What I Want

Opinions? Is the suede gonna be impossible to keep up? @ 180 they aren’t out of the universe but with my non-salary they are still a mega commitment.

I love them. Jeffrey Campbell? Sit tight til boxing day….it may be a risk but they’ll be way cheaper.
But honestly, its been a long time since I lived anywhere that had this as a major concern, but salt + water + suede = terrible….ask some people who live around there. Its the springtime you need to worry about. When snowmelt means big soupy ice-salt puddles everywhere.

Love them too, they are the kind of shoe colour that provides something unexpected without being too attention demanding. I agree from memory of life in alberta that its the salting that wrecks havoc on cars and shoes. But then again, if you are cycling around then you’ll avoid that for the most part and you can always switch to galloshes when it’s at its worst. 180 is steep but maybe as an investment for carrying you through december’s inevitable social soirees?

Plus there are shoe treatment places that remove salt after long winters….seriously ask around to other savvy girls for the lowdown on boots n stuff.
